From a migration tool to a product I operate end to end

Context
Tetri began as a tool for moving my own transactions from Drebedengi to Firefly III. The real problem was broader: financial history arrived from different sources, in different currencies, with varying levels of certainty.
I turned that one-off importer into an Angular web app, a NestJS/PostgreSQL API and a native SwiftUI client. I own product decisions, design, engineering, infrastructure and support.

Capture without hiding uncertainty
The six-language parser accepts typed text and press-and-hold dictation. Receipt capture extracts totals, currencies, dates and merchants, detects duplicates and routes uncertain results to review.
One model across planning and reporting
Multi-currency forecasts and scenarios cover recurring cash flow, budgets, goals, liabilities and scheduled transactions. Web and iOS read from the same financial model.
A product surface and a platform surface
The scoped public API and read-only MCP server expose wallets, transactions, budgets, goals, reports and imports, with PAT permissions, usage auditing and idempotent transaction creation.

A core interface through a product-wide redesign

Context
At 1inch I moved into fintech and crypto, where core product flows depend on reliable wallet state, token data and clear presentation under constantly changing market conditions.
I implemented wallet integrations and owned the token picker across token loading, presentation and integration into the redesigned interface.
Own the complete interface boundary
The token picker work covered the path from loading and shaping token data to presentation and integration, rather than treating the visible component as an isolated deliverable.
Skyeng
Shipping platform work with team-scale responsibility

Context
Skyeng combined a large user-facing product with a monorepo of more than 30 projects and more than 200 developers. I worked across product delivery, frontend architecture and team leadership.
From May 2024 I led a cross-functional frontend, backend and QA team while continuing to own technical decisions and delivery.

Build platforms around real publishing work
The team built a low-code SSR landing platform and an Angular content-creation tool, reducing repeated engineering work while keeping product teams able to move.
Make call quality observable
I built real-time UX telemetry for detecting audio and video desynchronisation during calls.
Scale review and growth with the codebase
I improved code-review practices and mentored engineers through personal development plans inside a large shared monorepo.
