Our team at Skyeng built a low-code Angular platform for marketing pages, with SSR for SEO and integrations with internal systems. The team achieved a 16% increase in landing-page conversion.

I led frontend, backend and QA and coordinated several marketing projects. I agreed KPIs and development roadmaps with stakeholders and was responsible for delivery dates.

I hired and mentored engineers, using individual development plans to support their progress. In QA, I expanded the use of automated tests.

I introduced Storybook and Sentry on the 1inch frontend team. I also developed and rolled out scripts to transfer design tokens from Figma into code.

In team meetings, I explained what story points are, how they work and why they’re useful for estimation. I also worked on planning and technical-debt reviews.
